Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message. Used only to reply to you. Lawful basis: your consent, given with the tick box, and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence.
- Server logs: like every website, our host records technical data for each request (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time). Used for security and to keep the site running. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate abuse.
- Nothing else. We use no analytics, no advertising trackers, no social media widgets and no cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted, unless a correction or complaint needs a longer record.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the companies that host the website and deliver email for us, who process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to the address above. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
