Battle.net Balance
Balance can be bought from £1 in any amount. The cap is £200 with the Battle.net Authenticator attached and £100 without. Balance cannot set up recurring subscriptions and is never converted between currencies, so changing your account country loses it. Blizzard's refund policy allows unspent Balance to be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds
Blizzard refunds paid games and expansions within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not played more than two hours. Unspent paid in-game currency can be refunded within 14 days; items bought with that currency generally cannot. Use Battle.net Support, Payments, Refunds.
