The EA Wallet
The EA Wallet can only be topped up with EA Gift Cards, not with a card or PayPal. EA's own pages disagree on the UK maximum (£120 in the Wallet terms, £180 in a help table). It can pay for EA Play on PC, but only if it covers the full price, so keep a card on file for renewals.
Refunds
EA's refund policy for full games bought on the EA app or EA.com: ask within 24 hours of first launching the game, or within 14 days of purchase if you have not launched it. Separately bought DLC and in-game currency are not refundable. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before release. EA asks you to contact it before any chargeback, and warns that chargebacks outside its policy can lock an account.
EA Play
EA Play costs £5.99 a month or £35.99 a year, and EA Play Pro (PC only) £16.99 a month or £109.99 a year. It Takes Two, on our board, is included in EA Play.
