Epic account balance and Rewards
The balance (formerly Epic Wallet) is topped up in fixed amounts or with a Fortnite gift card, which replaced V-Bucks cards. It is capped at about US$500 and cannot be refunded to a card. Epic Rewards is a separate balance that returns a percentage of what you spend, which you can put towards later purchases.
Refunds
Products marked refundable can be returned within 14 days of purchase with less than two hours of runtime, often by yourself from Account, Transactions. Subscriptions, in-game items and virtual currency are usually not refundable. Refunds go to the original method whenever possible, or to your balance if you prefer.
Region
You can change your Epic account country only once every six months, and only with a small balance. GBP is one of Epic's supported pricing currencies.
