The PlayStation wallet

You can top up the wallet with a saved method, phone billing or a voucher, and wallet money is used first at checkout. Sony says wallet top-ups cannot be refunded. Child accounts have no wallet of their own and spend from the family manager's wallet, up to the monthly limit the parent sets. The wallet can pay for PlayStation Plus; if it runs short at renewal, Sony charges your default payment method.

Refunds

You can cancel a game or add-on within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not started downloading or streaming it. After that, only faulty content is refunded. Watch automatic downloads and preloading: they count as starting the download. Currency bought in the store (not in the game) can be cancelled within 14 days if you have not launched the game since.

Pre-orders paid more than 14 days before release can be cancelled any time before release. The first payment of a subscription can be cancelled within 14 days even after use, with a reduced refund. Refunds go to the original method where possible, otherwise to the wallet, and can take up to 10 days.

Region

A PlayStation account's country cannot be changed once created. Vouchers only work on accounts from the same region. UK prices include VAT.
