The GOG Wallet
You can top up a GOG Wallet with any accepted method, up to a US$500 balance. Unused funds can be refunded within 30 days if none has been spent. Refunds can be paid to the Wallet within 24 hours instead of waiting for your card.
Refunds
GOG's voluntary refund policy allows a refund up to 30 days after purchase, even if the game has been downloaded, launched and played. GOG can refuse in individual cases or offer Wallet credit. If a technical problem cannot be fixed, you get a full refund. Pre-orders can be refunded before release and for 30 days after.
DRM-free, and gifts
Every game on GOG runs without online activation, and the GOG GALAXY launcher is optional. GOG has no store gift card: you gift a specific game, and gift codes redeem worldwide at a region-free price. The minimum age is 16, and 16 to 18-year-olds need a parent's approval.
